"If you’re looking for a pool this new year I highly recommend Canyon Oak Pools! They did a fabulous job! They built our pool in about 5 weeks, which is amazing and unheard of! They would come by just about everyday to keep an eye on the process. If we had any problems or questions they were quick to get them fixed/answered. They are the sweetest work family you could work with. I ended up being on maternity leave the entire process so I can say first hand they are present. The contractors and subs worked effectively and efficiently. They kept our back porch clean and functional. Overall we were very pleased. Also, their swag bag/goodie bag/merchandise is on point! The beach towels are amazing!! If you’re on the fence about building in the winter don’t be! We started in October and was using it by November. Someone’s been in it just about everyday since. The kids have even tested the slide out already! Everything is ran from an app. The app is super easy to use! Our favorite part is being able to heat up the hot tub no matter were we are. Then it’s ready to use when we get home."
"I appreciate that seeing ONLY five-star reviews with a company may have you a bit skeptical… because what contracting company really provides THAT level of service? Well, I could tell from my very first interactions with Susan & Mike that this company really DOES have your best interest at heart. Putting in a pool truly is a HUGE undertaking, with a lot of details, with many moving parts. And Canyon Oak was so flexible & easy to work with as we navigated twists & turns that naturally come up in the process. I personally tend to be very picky & detail oriented, and not once did they question it as they honored each request & addition. In each step of the process, I truly felt supported & heard from my sales meetings with Mike, to construction with Larry, support with Susan, fix-its with Tyler, and Kristen wrapping up the final punch list. They ALL went above & beyond especially when my landscaper left me high and flooded. The jumped-in to rectify the situation by installing proper drainage to correct improper landscaping install. I truly am SO grateful that I found them, the customer service really is five stars. If I could build 100 pools with them, I would. You truly don’t have to look any further for a pool company, but don’t take my word for it, just give them a call & find out for yourself!"
"If I could leave an infinite amount of stars for this review I would. Being a first time pool owner comes with a lot of anxiety and stress. You hear so many horror stories of people getting left with a hole in their yard due to their pool builder not being able to finish, among other issues. We had 11 different pool builders give us a quote. However, when Mike with Canyon Oak Pools stepped foot in our backyard we instantly clicked and it just felt right to choose them! We are so happy we chose Canyon Oak Pools, they made us feel like part of their family. I really loved that Larry (owner) was on-site a lot. Tyler (project manager) texted me with weekly updates along with Kristen, and addressed any questions or concerns at any time of the day. Susan was also a text or call away! Our pool was finished in 30 days which was AMAZING! We had some issues with our spa tile which was addressed immediately and fixed within 2 days! We absolutely love our pool and the memories we are creating. I know that the Canyon Oak Pools team will always be around to support their clients and continue to treat each client like family! "There are not enough stars... I would rate this company and our experience building our backyard oasis with them, with 200 hundred stars! They are everything you want in a builder! They listened to what we wanted and help us figure out how to make it a reality. They are honest, they stayed in contact with us every step of the way, they handled obstacles in the build process professionally and personally with us. We told them up front we were more concerned with doing it right then we were with doing it fast. Well they did both, the quality of our finished product is amazing and they did it faster than we thought it could be done. Larry and Susan are the real deal. Larry has the experience and knowledge to build pools the right way regardless of your situation. And Susan, along with the rest of the Canyon Oak Pools team will do everything possible to make your project special. Spending a lot of money on a large investment like this is usually painful. "After researching and receiving several quotes, we made the decision to have Canyon Oak Pools build our pool. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them on every detail. Larry and Susan (the owners) were on-site to oversee every milestone of the build to ensure it was up to their standards. From the first dig until the first swim was 28 days, even with an addition to the contract for a retaining wall. We now have a beautiful space for our entire family to enjoy. "We are in the final stages of our pool build with Canyon Oaks and we've really enjoyed working with them thus far. We were nervous after all the bad experiences we've heard about people having when building a pool, so we made sure to do our research, read reviews and get multiple quotes before deciding on a company for our build. "Building our pool with Canyon Oak Pools was a great experience. Larry was completely transparent with every aspect of the job and was available to answer all our questions and concerns throughout the entire project. Larry and Susan were a blessing to work with and are extremely honest and hardworking. It really does matter who you hire for your pool build. A few hiccups arose during our build, at no fault to the company, and both Larry and Susan jumped into overdrive to rectify each issue. They went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. We were at ease throughout the entirety of our project. It is refreshing to work with a company that truly looks out for their clients. My questions were always answered in a very timely manner & I was never made to feel like my questions weren’t important.
